[Council responds to latest complaint with another reference number! It seems that an image of the damage to the front lawn is not considered as “substantive evidence”!] Service Request Reference WK202121917 – 24th June 2021 Dear Mr Austin   Thank you for your corporate feedback sent on 21st June and received by Housing Services on 22nd June.   The enquiry of 5th January to which you refer was logged as a Service Request not a Stage 1 complaint. Your concerns were passed to staff responsible for the area who were asked to consider if further steps were appropriate if a known tenant was seen causing nuisance. As previously advised, in order to log a formal complaint regarding service delivery of a specific team you need to provide substantive evidence to support your dissatisfaction with a Council Service to enable further investigation.   I have logged a new service request as at 22nd June (reference WK202121917) and have requested the Housing Estates and Communities team to again review the issue of the communal lawn. … Yours sincerely Complaints Officer
